Terms of Service
1. All clients MUST be 18 and above!2. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any commission for any reason.3. Clients may make story purchases directly OR use a credit-based system. Direct payment will utilize PayPal invoices only and be subject to local tax rates. Credit-based purchases will be untaxed and made in installments, with the payments going to artists of my choice until the full cost for the client's commission has been paid out.4. All transactions are done electronically. Purchases from me will go through PayPal or Ko-Fi, and purchases from my artists will go through the merchant service of the artist's choosing. Actual work on your commission will start only after your payment has been confirmed. I seek to have a good working relationship with my clients and artists, and as such, I ask that you not leave comments on any invoices or Ko-Fi messages!Any wrongful cancellation of payment during or after the commission process WILL result in you being blacklisted.5. Clients may choose to finance my purchased art without a commission in mind: This will earn them Slickbux (credit) at a rate equivalent to the amount they paid in US dollars. These Slickbux can then be spent on story commissions, character features in group stories, and other options. By entering into a commission process with me, you agree to work within the bounds of this system. (The exact particulars will be explained in the "Prices" box below!)6. I use invoices for all official correspondence. Once any invoice has been confirmed as paid in full, I will mark the Slickbux you've earned though your purchase. If no communication has occurred with the selected artist in a sufficient time frame, your offer to assist in payment -- and the associated opportunity for Slickbux -- may be rendered forfeit. (Don't worry! Other opportunities come up all the time!)7. Credit for written commissions will never decay over time, allowing earners to hold onto it and spend it at their discretion. Because of this, refunds are only allowed if the associated artist is entirely unable to complete the piece you have paid for. Seeking a refund for a fully completed commission, however, WILL result in being banned from future commissions.8. In most cases, the client is welcome to post story commissions at their own leisure, as long as I receive the proper credit for my work. I will provide credit to the financiers of any art funded by Slickbux in the art description. Any financier reserves the right to remain anonymous; if they don't wish to be publicly associated with the posted content, they need only say so and I will keep their identity concealed. In this same vein, I reserve the right to avoid publicly uploading any story that doesn't meet my personal quality standards.9. You can feature any of my OCs (Slick, Nibbles, etc.) as characters in your story, as long as I maintain creative direction over their activities and behavior. Stories like these are more fun for me to write in general, and as such, may be given special priority when I decide which stories to take and which ones to start on first! This option may extend to certain OCs and characters I favor, so feel free to ask me for more information on which characters work for me!10. The OCs of others can be featured in your story once their owners have confirmed their consent. However, if the written work is not a pre-planned group story, shared commissions may incur additional fees and difficulties. It's recommended that shared commissions select one person as a liaison to avoid having the problem of "too many cooks"!11. I can write a private (not posted) commission for an additional fee.12. From the start of any project to its finish, all commissioners MUST treat their project and its creator with a modicum of human respect and dignity. Deliberate failure to do so may waive their rights to a commission, nullify all outstanding story credit, and result in the client being blacklisted. It will be my discretion to decide if a project has entered this point, and this rule counts for all projects before and since its inception. I am neither responsible nor accountable for any loss of work and opportunity caused by the abuse and misconduct of an active client.
Prices and Discounts
Written Commissions (2025 and On)Shown below are my expected lengths and costs for written commissions. I operate mostly through PayPal, and my prices have raised due to changing economic expectations. Please note that the higher ceilings give me more room to offer sales and personalized discounts, so please read the WHOLE rundown so you can keep my stories within an affordable range!Larger story tiers are cheaper until 2026!(Format - Tier Name: Length, Price)Short "Nibbles" Tier: 1500-3000 words, $120Tall "Mariana" Tier: 4501-6000 words, $240 $200!Big "Bella" Tier: 7501-9000 words, $360 $320!Feature-Length: Multiple chapters of previously shown tiers, $300-600, based on format of included chaptersDescription Vignette: Mini-story based on client's base commission, $10; free with larger purchasesI understand that these prices may be daunting to first-time or even returning purchasers! Don't worry -- I've gotten very creative with how I can encourage your big purchases! The immediate next section discusses the way my discounts and Slickbux-earning methods will work for all clientele! (And if you want to know more about Slickbux, please check the Slickbux tab after this one to learn more about how my credit system works!)Sales, Discounts, and Slickbux Opportunities!Sales: My sales change every month, as will be announced in monthly journal updates on FurAffinity, and will generally follow my tastes as they change between seasons. They can be influenced by nearby holidays, or by content I just want to work with more! Giving me a story prompt that feeds into these elements will earn anywhere from $10 to $30 off your total price, and they stack with character-specific discounts!Character Discounts: Character discounts are like sales, but the savings are determined by how much I enjoy the characters involved! These are fixed to $10 off per tier level, but they aren't limited to my own characters either -- your own OCs can be eligible for a discount if I like them! Multiple characters can drag down the strength of your discount, however, so be wary of that when selecting OCs for a group story. (Characters I design for one-off story appearances aren't considered as OCs for discount purposes.)Referral Bonus: Refer a friend to buy from me, and if they contact me about a commission -- be it buying art with me or a story from me -- you will be given 20 Slickbux (SB) to spend on your own projects! If your friend pays any invoice, the referral bonus will be doubled to 40 SB! This bonus is only counted once per friend referred, and only one claimant may earn SB through a new client in this manner!Bounty Bonus: My private server has a bounty board full of especially exciting ideas for art commissions, and the board gets new ideas all the time. Assisting with acquiring any of these featured art pieces earns you SB equal to the amount you've paid into it. This bonus supersedes other limiting factors for eligible art pieces, so you can earn a lot of Slickbux in this manner!Self-Pay Bonus: Any client who buys a story without using Slickbux will earn a flat bonus of 20 SB per tier level. A self-buy story of Mariana-tier and above also unlocks a one-time no-limit Slickbux threshold for the story of your choice. This can potentially result in a fully free story, assuming you have the Slickbux accrued to cover it!Money Goal Bonus: If my monthly goals are met through Ko-Fi subscriptions and commission income, I'll reward all of my clients by dropping my prices by 10% for the rest of the month! Ko-Fi subscribers will also unlock a one-time no-limit Slickbux threshold for their next purchase in said month. The money goal -- and all rewards from achieving it -- will reset at the start of every month.Slick's "Cover Your Tail" Clause!If I feel that my discounts and special offers are causing more harm than good, I can at any point amend the offers in question. This will only be done after contacting the clients affected. My main goal is to reward my loyal fans and buyers while keeping my writing desk open to all potential buyers. The best way to assure that for all parties involved is to charge a fair rate for the skill and effort I place into each and every story I write! ^O^
Slickbux (and How It Works!)
Slickbux -- How To Earn It!The biggest incentive I offer for new and returning clients is a credit system called Slickbux, where every dollar (USD) you spend on art commissions for me translates to credit for one of your own stories! It's the perfect way to support your favorite noodle while still building toward the masterwork story of your dreams! ^O^Most clients don't have the raw cash on hand to purchase a SlickDratini commission outright, so the Slickbux method helps them earn their way to a story over time! The client first specifies the amount of money they want to exchange for Slickbux...Ex 1. Desired investment - $140When the ideal amount has been decided, the client then pay for art commissions from SlickDratini's desired artists on an agreed-upon basis. I will reach out to you for each opportunity, and with your confirmation, I'll extend your contact information to any artists who are seeking payment, being careful to stay within your desired budget. Art pieces that primarily feature your characters or ideas over mine will only accrue PARTIAL credit. After all, if it's an idea that you already wanted to do anyway, I only owe you for my share of it, right? ^O^;Ex 2. Commission 1 ($60) + Commission 2 ($80) = $140!Ex 3. Commission 3 ($155) + Commission 4 ($30) = $30. Commission 3 not taken due to being over budget.Ex 4. Commission 5 ($150, 50-50 showcase of both of our characters in an idea of your choice) = $75. Only partial story credit reward.Due to the nature of art commissions, this exchange may take place over one or more art commission purchases, and these purchases will have varying lengths of time between them. I will feature funding projects in my private Discord server and occasionally on FurAffinity jounrals to show clients the projects they can invest in. If you're willing to help pay for any piece on that list, you'll earn your credit faster. If you want only to pay for specific pieces, you'll be more likely to wait for a longer period of time. In either event, please be willing to wait for your investment to mature!You're also welcome to seek out commission opportunities yourself, but please be warned: All commission opportunities MUST be confirmed by me ahead of time to earn Slickbux! Otherwise, it counts as a gift that, while I'll be VERY grateful for, won't be beholden to any credit obligations.Slickbux -- How To Spend It!Once you've earned your Slickbux, it's yours! It will not decay, nor are you under any obligation to spend it on anything that you don't want to invest in! That said, my story credit is best spent on... well, stories!My usual offering is story commissions. Tell me your story idea and if it's something I can work with, I'll tell you how much it'll take in Slickbux to cover a story like that. Typically, I request that Slickbux only cover a maximum of 50% of the commission's full price, but this requirement may relax in times of plenty! If we agree on the price and you confirm your desire for the story, I'll lock in the amount you spent in Slickbux, and your story idea will be added to my writing queue! If you've bought from me before, the usual process will proceed as you expect from here!To help alleviate the burden of small financiers with limited ideas, I also offer group funding opportunities, financed much like the Berried Alive story books! Any of these prompts will be featured in my private server for interested buyers to work toward. They're more tailored to my own interests, and financiers will be able to spend Slickbux to not only unlock the full story, but if the concept allows, their own characters can be given a prominent role in the story to come! (They're still very likely to be prey, just so you know! ^O^; )All Slickbux investments will be reconfirmed prior to any commission or group story being started. If you wish to back out of a piece ahead of schedule, I can accept this, just please inform me of your circumstances as soon as possible. Withdrawal of your desired investment without advance notice may result in the story you want to be a part of being pushed back in my list. Repeated back-outs may result in being banned from future commissions.

Story Commissions1. The newest and easiest way to buy story commissions from me is to fill out the provided Google Form -- just click the words above to be taken to it! Once it's filled out and submitted, I'll be able to keep your submission filed and contact you at my leisure!2. You can also reach out to me on FurAffinity or Eka's Portal and leave me a note or private message (whichever one they call it) with the following content:Intended Tier: (Tier name; "Open" is also acceptable)
Necessary Characters: (At least 1, but "Open" is also acceptable if you want me to suggest something)
Featured Kinks: (As applicable, to ensure the ideal story for your needs; use the terms in the "Themes Accepted" box above for maximum effect)
Premise: (1-2 sentences describing the story behind your idea in its most basic terms -- I can shape a more complex idea from here)I'll get back to you at my earliest convenience to discuss the plot and length of your story. We can exchange Discord tags at this time for easier discussion too, if we decide we need to do so. If you want to pay directly, you can state this desire there, or if you want to pay via Slickbux, we'll work on ways to help you earn what you need to pay for your commission.3. When I'm ready to work on your story, I'll write up a quick outline and gather information about your characters so that I understand how they work. This is the last point that you can back out of the commission without cost.4. Once the outline and character samples are approved, and the artists you've paid have confirmed your payment (if applicable), I'll mark what you're spending and start work on your commission at my earliest convenience. Should you request it, you will receive a weekly check-in day for status updates, but most often I'll update you more frequently as I naturally progress through the piece. My recent preference has been to give clients a sharing link to see the WIP for themselves.5. During my updates, I will inform you on your story's progress, address any approaching scheduling difficulties, and occasionally suggest possible extra edits and content for your story, if applicable. If I'm close to finishing the story, I'll tell you the expected time to completion.6. Once the commission is completed, I'll send it to you in PDF format. From there, you are free to upload it. I will also upload it myself as I find the time, provided the client hasn't specified a private commission.
